How to get to our shelter

The Picnic Shelter is located off of Des Moines Memorial Dr S. There's a small parking lot there, but there's not a lot of space. There's a much larger parking lot off of 20th Ave S. I would recommend parking there and then walking to the shelter. Both of the parking lots are shown with a "P."

I've indicated how to get there in red arrows. You essentially walk towards the park from the lot and just follow the path along the baseball and soccer fields. Once you get past those, the picnic shelter becomes visible.

I've also indicated where the bathrooms are with a "B." It took me 2 minutes to walk there from the shelter, but I have a pretty fast natural pace, so I'd say it could range from 2-5 minutes, but they are fairly close.
